Job Description

Role Overview:Teleperformance is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the Chat & Email Process. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently through chat and email, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
  • Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Fresher and experienced both can apply

Work Details:

  • Working Days: 6 Days a Week(sunday fixed off)
  • Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Offs
  • Shift Timings: (9:30am to 6:30p.m)

26KCTC
