Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across assigned categories/sub-categories.
- Manage RFx events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), supplier evaluations, and commercial analysis.
- Lead e-Auctions, competitive bidding events, and drive cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct spend analysis, opportunity assessments, tail spend management, and PR-PO processing.
- Perform supplier profiling, market intelligence, risk assessments, and benchmarking analysis.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms & conditions with suppliers.
- Develop clear Statements of Work (SOW) and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Prepare dashboards, project trackers, analytical reports, and KPI monitoring for stakeholders.
- Execute supplier performance evaluations, scorecards, compliance checks, and corrective actions.
- Support Category Managers and Leads in strategic sourcing initiatives and continuous improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement / Sourcing (mandatory).
- Strong experience in RFx management, supplier negotiations, e-auctions, and contract management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory.
- Experience working with global stakeholders (NA/EMEA).
- Strong analytical and financial skills; proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/P2P tools (SAP / Ariba / Coupa).
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects independently with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible to work in client-aligned shift timings.
We are hiring a Senior Sourcing Analyst for our Knowledge Services team across Mumbai (Airoli), Coimbatore, and Hyderabad locations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end sourcing, RFx management, supplier negotiations, contract evaluations, spend analytics, and global stakeholder interaction.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) are mandatory as the role involves continuous interaction with NA & EMEA suppliers and internal clients.
