Job Description
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls from domestic customers
- Resolve queries, concerns, and service requests promptly and effectively
- Provide accurate information on products and services
- Maintain a courteous and professional tone throughout customer interactions
- Update customer records and call logs in the system
- Achieve performance benchmarks like call quality, resolution rate, and customer
- satisfaction (CSAT)
- FRESHERS - GRADS Only
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in BPO/Customer Support/Voice-based roles
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (English + Hindi )
- Willingness to work in rotational day shifts (no night shifts)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
- Energetic, positive mindset with a drive to learn and grow
