Job Summary

KreditBee is hiring Customer Service Executives for its voice-based customer support team. Candidates must be fluent in Hindi and able to manage customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities (Brief)

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

• Update and maintain call logs & customer records

• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality KPIs

Skills Needed (Brief)

• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory) + English

• Strong communication & listening skills

• Customer handling and problem-solving ability

• Basic computer knowledge

• Polite, professional, and patient attitude
