We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for a Non-Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly in written form.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle non-voice customer queries through chat/email.
• Maintain accuracy and quality in responses.
• Follow process guidelines and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the team for seamless workflow.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate (Freshers are welcome).
• Good communication skills with strong articulation.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Flexible to work in 247 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
