Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Technical Non-Voice Process team. This role involves providing back-end technical support and resolving customer queries through email and chat channels. If you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for technology, this is the perfect opportunity to start your career.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle technical queries from customers via email and chat (non-voice process).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products/services efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance metrics (quality, accuracy, and turnaround time).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

• Freshers welcome.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts (networking, software, hardware).
• Ability to work in night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
