HR Recruiter Fresher || Take Home 18,000- 25,000|| Immediate Joiners|| Only Female || Hyderabad || Work From Office
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to identify and attract the right talent for various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Schedule and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all recruitment activities
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and screening abilities
Good understanding of recruitment tools and techniques
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in any stream (HR specialization preferred)
Freshers (2024 / 2025 pass outs) are welcome.
Eligibility:
0- 6months experience into bpo (salary upto 18k + Incentives)
Minimum 1 year experience into Recruitment (Bpo & Healthcare)-(salary upto 25k+ Incentives)
