Urgently hiring for Quality Assurance for
immediate requirement

Language Requirements:

- English & Kannada
- English & Malayalam
- English & Marathi
- English & Gujarati

Looking for a QA profile with BPO experience
The candidate should have at least 2 years of call auditing experience in a call center and be a graduate.

Responsibilities:

- Audit calls to ensure quality and compliance
- Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback
- Monitor and report on quality metrics
- Support training and coaching initiatives

Requirements:

- 2+ years of call auditing experience in a call center
- Graduate degree Must
- Excellent communication skills in required language combinations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
