Position: -

Customer Service Associate

Job Role: -

1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls, emails and chats related to travel.

2. Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to customer service guidelines.

3. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.

Qualification: -

1. Minimum HSC or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english .

3. Freshers and experienced are eligible.

Description: -

1. Blended Process.

2. Rotational Shifts.

3. One Rotational Week Offs.

4. One Way Cab Service. pick or drop

5. Performance Based Incentives

6. Over-time payout based on business requirements.
