Were hiring Chat Process Executives (6 months live chat exp mandate) and looking for immediate joiners to join our growing team!
Walk-In Drive: 11th November 2025 (Tuesday) - 14th November 2025 (Friday)
Location: Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:
Understand and efficiently use multiple computer systems
Interact with customers, clients, and vendors professionally
Escalate issues to the appropriate teams when needed
Attend training sessions to enhance performance and client satisfaction
Follow all company and contact center policies
Complete additional tasks assigned by management
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or Undergraduate dropouts welcome
6 months of BPO or travel experience
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Good computer proficiency
Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (including nights)
Comfortable working in Chat/Email supportDocuments to Carry
