Job Description

Position: HR Executive

Experience: 13 years

Location: Dwarka

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through Naukri & LinkedIn
Conducting telephonic screening and coordinating interviews
Onboarding, documentation & HR induction
Attendance, leave management & HRMS updates
Supporting employee engagement activities
Maintaining employee records and ensuring policy compliance
