Job Description
Senior Executive - HRBP
Job Summary:
The Senior Executive - HRBP will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business units, focusing on employee engagement and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to understand their HR needs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of business HR practices and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
