Job Description


Job Purpose-

This job will lead the Digital / Systems Transformation Projects from the viewpoint of Lending Operations Function. Key responsibility of the job will be to ensure that all the projects are designed keeping in view the long term and a superior experience for the customer / users. While the Banks Business Technology Group and IT team will be finalizing the IT vendors and the solutioning, this position will be the key decision maker from the Operations point of view. All projects including those initiated by Product Team will ultimately need to be designed, reviewed, approved and tested from Operations end. This position will do all these functions


Job Responsibilities (JR) -


  • Build system level enhancement and enforce Operations controls.
  • Process improvement to eliminate manual activities and implementation of error free processing.
  • Preparation and logging of Concept Note (CN)
  • Reviewing RD / FSD and closure as per line functions requirement.
  • Coordinate, Track and ensure the UAT / any other form of testing, Tracking project end to end.
  • Understand the functionality of new Product and ensuring Operations Process implementation by respective units.
  • Closing new process role out in terms of added functionality / enhancement in business offering owing to the transformation projects .
  • Key revenue recovery support in terms of adhoc requirements from business, where system changes / enhancements are required.
  • Support system changes / enhancements for additional revenue lines & provide Ops support in speedier execution of such initiatives / projects
  • Liaison with various stake holders, including Product / BTG / IT, Audit, Risk, Compliance, Infosec, Service delivery etc.
  • Production Issues: End to end co-ordination with BTG, IT, Networks, Vendors for logical closure and reviewing RCA and solution from system development checks & controls perspective.
