Job Description
Ticketing Executives Domestic Counter / International Counter / Corporate Implant
Role & responsibilities
- Handling air ticketing bookings, reissues, cancellations and refund
- Managing domestic and/or international itineraries
- Fare checking, routing and PNR management
- Coordinating with clients, airlines and consolidators
- Implant roles will involve dedicated handling of corporate accounts and travel policy compliance
- Knowledge of Amadeus / Portal issuance
Preferred candidate profile
- Prior experience in air ticketing (domestic / international / corporate)
- GDS knowledge preferred (Amadeus)
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle clients and be availble for client calls
- Basic knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting preferred
