About the Role:
We are looking for a Assistant Manager to manage the Plan and manage the successful implementation of large-scale employee experience survey programs his role involves working with multiple teams to plan, solution design, build, test, and launch surveys and in-platform reporting (such as dashboards) to help us understand and improve the employee experience of a large global workforce. This role involves working with multiple teams to plan, build, test, and launch surveys and dashboards that help us understand and improve employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination
- Create and manage the project plan for the Plan and manage the successful implementation of large-scale employee experience survey programs.
- Collaborate with multiple teams including stakeholders, technology partners, and employee data analysts Share key dates and updates with stakeholders.
Survey Management
- This role be a Lead role with supervisory responsibilities of more junior team members - and something that calls out the need to mentor and develop expertise in the Qualtrics Employee XM platform in these more junior team members
- designing optimal survey programming and invitation/reminders approach based on provided questions/content
- Build and test surveys in Qualtrics Employee XM.
- Prepare and import employee lists into the Qualtrics Employee XM platform and create/validate in-platform org hierarchy.
- Finalize and launch survey release.
Dashboard Development
- Collect feedback designing dashboards to best meet business requirements
- Build and test dashboards for different user groups entire global workforce team
- Finalize and release dashboards after review and approval.
Communication & Support
- Schedule briefings and send updates to relevant teams.
- Provide Provide survey fieldwork and post-dashboard release support because there is a need to provide on-going dashboard support any time a dashboard user might raise an issue even if it is months after the release of dashboards
Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor pre/ post survey responses and data quality and perform dashboard testing.
- Development and implementation of text analytics model using the Qualtrics Employee XM (EX) Text iQ feature.
- Good knowledge in HTML, VBA, Excel, CSS editing and Good knowledge in Python, SQL, jQuery, or JavaScript.
What Youll Need:
- 6+ years of Demonstrable experience delivering large scale employee experience survey programs in the Qualtrics Employee XM platform
- Good knowledge in HTML, VBA, Excel, CSS editing and Good knowledge in Python, SQL, jQuery, or JavaScript
- Strong coordination and communication skills with Good analytical skills, problem solving capability and decision-making ability
- People who are passionate about designing and implementing employee survey programs that will deliver business insight working with employee data and dashboards.
- Ability to lead a team of people to mentor and deliver these programs.
