Job Title: HR Recruiter (Internship/Fresher)
* Location: Koramangala (Bangalore)
* Job Type: Internship/Full-time
* Duration (for Internship): [3 months / 6 months]
* Stipend/Salary: [Will be discussed during the Screening Round]
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Requirements:
12th, Bachelors degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Decent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn and develop HR recruitment skills.
Basic understanding of hiring processes is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
