Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide information about products/services and generate interest.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the database.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Education Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass (HSC)
- Graduation is an added advantage
