Job Description
Role Summary:
Lead marketing strategy and execution for the Orthopaedic Joints and Surgical Robotics portfolio to drive market growth, adoption, and customer engagement.
6 Days work from Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and launch plans.
- Analyze markets and competitors to guide strategy.
- Manage pricing, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Support sales initiatives and customer engagement programs.
- Build relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders.
- Collaborate across divisions to align business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in medical device or marketing; orthopaedics/robotics preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
