About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branding & Marketing Manager to lead the hospitals branding, corporate marketing, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening the hospitals brand presence, building strategic corporate partnerships, increasing patient footfall, and driving awareness of ophthalmic care services through both offline and digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management & Marketing
- Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies to enhance the hospitals visibility and reputation.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication and promotional materials.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, doctor profiles, patient education materials, videos, and presentations.
- Plan and coordinate participation in health camps, corporate events, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, online campaigns, and brand engagement activities.
Corporate Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and build relationships with corporates, insurance companies, PSUs, government organizations, and institutional partners.
- Develop healthcare packages and wellness programs for corporate clients.
- Conduct corporate presentations, meetings, and tie-up discussions to generate business opportunities.
- Coordinate health camps, employee wellness programs, and annual health check-up initiatives.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements for prospective clients.
Public Relations & Communication
- Coordinate with media agencies, influencers, and PR partners to improve brand awareness.
- Support leadership in conferences, webinars, media interactions, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Promote internal branding and communication programs within the hospital.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or corporate marketing preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, branding, and campaign management.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and business development abilities.
Key Performance:
- Growth in corporate tie-ups and partnerships.
- Increase in patient acquisition and revenue from corporate programs.
- Brand visibility and engagement across marketing channels.
- ROI from marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Client satisfaction and retention.
