Summary:As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement quality processes, tools, and methodologies that significantly enhance control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will also focus on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive improvements in quality engineering.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automated testing.- Continuously assess and improve testing processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.-Design, implement, and maintain reliable end-to-end (E2E) test suites using Playwright + TypeScript-Build automated test coverage for critical user journeys across AngularJS and Angular applications-Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure testability is considered from grooming through release-Report and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and risk assessments; support retesting and regression verification-Review release candidates and provide quality sign-off based on automated and manual testing

Proficiency in Automated Testing.- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.- Ability to design and implement automated test scripts for various applications.- Familiarity with performance testing and load testing methodologies.- 3years of hands-on QA experience, with strong Playwright + TypeScript skills- Solid understanding of modern web-app architecture, browser internals, and QA best practices- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar)- Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and document findings clearly- A keen eye for detail you verify layout across screen sizes and cover edge-case scenarios
