Job Description

Business Requirements

1. Pre-Sales and Solutioning Skills: Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or a similar role, with a track record of developing and presenting compelling proposals and pitches that have resulted in successful sales is a mandatory requirement. Knowledge on different solutioning concepts along with good knowledge in the Pharma domain is a must requirement. Knowledge of sales methodologies and strategies is beneficial.

2. Business Acumen: Understanding of business concepts, processes, and value drivers in the biotech/pharma industry. Able to grasp how technical solutions can drive business benefits and value for the client.

3. Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at various levels, from technical staff to executives. Experience in managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.

4.Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with different teams within the organization (e.g., delivery, product, marketing) to ensure alignment and coordination in the sales process.

5. Financial Literacy: Understanding of financial principles relevant to the sales process, such as cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI), and total cost of ownership (TCO). Knowledge of multiple pricing models used in RFPs and RFIs. Ability to communicate the financial benefits of technical solutions to clients.

6. Strategic Thinking: Capacity to understand the broader business context, including competitive landscape, industry trends, and strategic opportunities. Ability to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives to ensure Freyr remains ahead of competitors
