Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent for embedded systems development roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted set of candidates.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders involved.
