Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial, and motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to be a part of our founding team. If you're fresh out of college and ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced startup, this is your opportunity to get hands-on exposure to digital marketing, offline campaigns, business strategy, and last-mile operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing

  • Execute digital marketing initiatives including social media, WhatsApp, email, and performance ads
  • Drive offline marketing efforts such as local activations, events, flyers, and referral campaigns
  • Conduct market and competitor research to shape local sales strategy
  • Contribute to customer acquisition, retention, and engagement plans

Strategy & Growth

  • Assist in testing and executing go-to-market strategies for new areas
  • Analyze user data and campaign results to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify scalable growth opportunities and support city-wise expansion

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with tech, marketing, and operations teams to execute campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and third-party service providers

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Strong communication and people skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to get on the ground and make things happen
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities

Nice to Have

  • Prior internship or project work in marketing, sales, or startup operations
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or basic CRM platforms
  • Ability to speak the local language for better on-ground engagement
