4. Recruitment Process Management: Have to manage the recruitment process from candidate screening to offer management, ensuring clear and efficient communication with clients and candidates.
5. Client Relationship Management: The role involves fostering robust client relationships, handling recruitment-related matters, and proactively identifying opportunities for service improvement by analyzing background and cultural fit, and then presenting the shortlisted candidates to client.
