Job Title:  Customer Support Executive

Location: Jaipur , Pune , Bangalore 

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction
• involves inbound process, voice process & domestic process
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions or guidance
• Maintain records of interactions, feedback, and resolutions
• Go the extra mile to deliver a wow experience every time
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.

• Comfortable with Rotational Shifts & Rotational week -offs
• Friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset
• Basic computer proficiency (email, typing, CRM tools is a plus)
