We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant L1 with expertise in SAP Successfactor PMGM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP Successfactor PMGM solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for SAP Successfactor PMGM projects.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP Successfactor PMGM applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation of SAP Successfactor PMGM configurations and customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Successfactor PMGM implementation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and meet business objectives.

• Mandatory skills: SAP Successfactor PMGM, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP Successfactor PMGM modules and functionalities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
