About you:
========
You must have sound experience in SAP FICO implementations projects
Should have total of 8 or more total IT experience
>= 8 Years solid SAP FICO hands on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Work on Change Requests/GAPs and Change Management process.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
- Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to recommend innovative solutions.
- Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.
- Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.
- Ability to independently handle client communication/interaction (over Zoom/Teams calls and emails).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-13 years of hands-on work experience as an Senior SAP FICO Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- 3 Mandatory S/4HANA Migration, Implementations and support, Roll Out Project.
- RICEFW,R2R, Functional specification, S4/ Hana migration methodology, End to End Project Experience required.
- Candidate should have strong exposure in Financial Accounting i.e. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Expert understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, eDocument.
- Should be able to read and debug ABAP program.
- Should have knowledge about FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS & DME.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
- SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
