Oracle Finance Cloud Solution Architect / Functional Lead
Job Location: Multiple locations ( India )

Role & responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Finance Cloud solutions across multiple modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management)
- Act as the functional lead, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Finance solutions and roadmaps
- Develop solution architecture, including system design, integration points, and process flows aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to define financial processes, controls, and compliance standards
- Guide the configuration of Oracle Finance modules, ensuring best practices, data integrity, and audit readiness
- Drive integration strategy across Oracle Cloud modules, third-party systems, and legacy applications
- Lead UAT, SIT, and Go-Live activities, providing functional leadership and resolving critical issues
- Mentor and guide functional and technical teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and project goals
- Develop documentation, solution blueprints, functional design documents, and training materials
- Provide post-implementation support, continuous improvement recommendations, and roadmap planning for finance transformation
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in Oracle Finance Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Tax
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, including month-end, period-close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience as a solution architect designing scalable, multi-module financial solutions
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional designs and system architecture
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, Web Services)
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and internal controls, including IFRS, GAAP, SOX
- Hands-on experience with UAT, SIT, functional testing, and issue resolution
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, coordinating across business and IT teams
- Proficiency in documentation, blueprints, process maps, and functional design documents
- Ability to provide strategic guidance, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement for finance transformation initiatives
