Job Description

Hiring for HR Executive/DAY SHIFT SAL UPTO 16 TO 22K

LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the entire recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and handling the onboarding and induction of new employees.

Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating employee records in HR databases.

Employee Relations: Responding to employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies, and coordinating performance reviews and employee engagement activities.

Experience: 0 to 1 year (experience / HR Recruiter)Qualification: +2 / Any Graduation

Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru Infantry Road

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Shift Timings: 9.30am to 6:30pm
