Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for a passionate Domestic IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals across multiple domains and technologies for our domestic (India-based) clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and communication.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
  • Negotiate salary and ensure timely offer closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Stay updated with current hiring trends and technologies in the IT sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT skills (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.).
  • Experience working with job portals like Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience recruiting for IT service companies, consulting firms, or product-based clients.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Taleo, etc.).
  • Proven track record in volume and niche hiring.
