Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Deliver effective training sessions on Kotak Mahindra Banks general insurance sales process.
Conduct onboarding, refresher, and floor-support training.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and performance improvement.
Maintain detailed training MIS and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in life or health insurance sales.
Immediate joiners only.
CIBIL score must be 650+.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Qualification: HSC or Graduate.
