Position Overview: As the Senior Manager - Training, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Development:
    • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities.
    • Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address organizational requirements and individual employee growth.
  2. Content Creation and Delivery:
    • Develop engaging and interactive training content using various methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
    • Deliver training sessions to diverse audiences, ensuring content is relevant, effective, and aligned with adult learning principles.
  3. Leadership and Team Development:
    • Lead a team of training professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
  4. Performance Evaluation:
    • Implement metrics and assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Analyze training outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and incorporate them into training programs.
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training initiatives support overall business objectives.
  6. Stay Informed about Industry Trends:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in training and development.
    • Recommend innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (7-10 years) in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technology-driven training solutions.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Certifications in training and development are a plus.
