Role & responsibilities

• Deliver effective training sessions on Kotak Mahindra Banks general insurance sales process.
  
• Conduct onboarding, refresher, and floor-support training.
  
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and performance improvement.
  
• Maintain detailed training MIS and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in life or health insurance sales.
  
• Immediate joiners only.
  
• CIBIL score must be 650+.
  
• Good communication and presentation skills.
  
• Qualification: HSC or Graduate.
