Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruitment Specialist
**Location:** Malviya Nagar, Delhi
**Salary:** Commensurate with industry standards plus unlimited incentives
**Eligibility:**
- Any Graduate
- MBA in Human Resources / Pursuing MBA in Human Resources
**Job Responsibilities:**
1. **Profile Sourcing:** Utilize job portals to source suitable profiles through effective search methodologies.
2. **Resume Search Proficiency:** Develop proficiency in various resume search techniques to identify relevant CVs for diverse job openings.
3. **Candidate Communication:** Conduct telephone communication with potential candidates, providing detailed briefings on job profiles.
4. **Initial Screening:** Perform initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' suitability, demeanor, experience, and communication skills.
5. **Interview Coordination:** Efficiently coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the organization.
6. **Target Achievement:** Meet business and team targets while maintaining high quality standards.
7. **Motivation:** Demonstrate strong motivation and drive towards achieving exceptional results.
8. **Job Portal Management:** Manage multiple job portals effectively.
9. **Proactive Learning:** Show attributes of sincerity, diligence, and a proactive approach to learning.
10. **Communication Skills:** Exhibit excellent communication skills.
**Preferred Candidate Profile:**
- Graduate & Undergraduate freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Available to work 5 days a week/Alternative saturday off
