Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Fort, Mumbai
Organization: Indialaw LLP
Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Offs: Two Saturdays off per month

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Mumbai (Fort) office. The role involves supporting the HR team in daily operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining a professional and people-centric work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and documentation
- Support recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and coordinate HR compliance processes
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Liaise with internal teams to support HR-related queries and updates
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software (e.g., Keka) is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
