Job Description
Project descriptionWe are looking for a Project Manager who combines strong project delivery expertise with exceptional presentation and communication skills. The ideal candidate should come across naturally as a people's person, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. This role requires the ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, drive operational execution, and deliver impactful presentations that simplify complexity, support decision-making, and foster alignment. A background from IIM or other leading management institutes is preferred.
Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Create and deliver high-quality presentations that clearly communicate strategies, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, building trust and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and ensure adherence to budgets and resource allocations.
Collaborate across functions to gather inputs, resolve challenges, and drive consensus.
Report project progress with actionable insights, presenting data and recommendations in a clear, concise manner.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Foster a collaborative environment while mentoring and supporting team members.
Must have
3+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
Expriacen in Treasury domain or understanding of capital market.
Proven ability to lead projects with clear planning, execution, and delivery.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for executive audiences.
Strong people engagement skills, demonstrating a natural ability to connect, influence, and manage relationships.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project) and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau). Nice to have
Experience in industries such as financial services, IT, or consulting.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
Exposure to change management practices.
Certifications like PMP or CAPM.
Experience with additional presentation/visualization tools such as Canva or Prezi.
