- Job Description: Role Overview: You will be joining the Digital Pro Team at Lowes India as a Lead Software Engineer. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development and optimization of the Digital PRO and EPRO domain, ensuring seamless user experiences and overseeing all PRO & EPRO related pages. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and User Experience, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements. - Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions. - Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of purchase-related systems and pages. - Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, contributing to the stability and success of the purchase domain. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Extensive experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects. - Strong proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to our technology stack. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges. - Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on fostering a positive team culture. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
