Key Responsibilities:
Plan and run targeted cold outreach using tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, 6Sense, Apollo, Hunter.io etc.
Build multi-step nurturing workflows aligned with the sales funnel.
Segment leads by ICP, intent, and engagement for higher response rates.
Ensure CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance across all email campaigns.
Set up and manage domain warmup, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC configurations.
Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, and spam issues to protect domain reputation.
Track open rates, CTRs, conversions, and replies to measure campaign success.
Conduct A/B tests for subject lines, content, and send times to optimize results.
Share weekly performance insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams for consistent messaging and lead generation alignment.
Requirements:
24 years of hands-on email marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of cold email outreach, automation tools, and lead nurturing.
Proven experience maintaining high deliverability and compliance.
Expertise in tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, or similar.
Working knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and sender reputation management.
Excellent copywriting and personalization skills for B2B outreach.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign metrics and drive optimization.
Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel follow-ups.
