 Global Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Global Marketing Manager / Director to lead marketing strategy and execution across US, India, and ANZ markets for IT Services, PLM solutions, and Product businesses. The role will focus on driving demand generation, supporting enterprise and strategic sales, strengthening brand positioning, and enabling go-to-market success for services, platforms, and software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute regional and global marketing strategy for IT Services, PLM, and Product portfolios
  • Drive pipeline and revenue-focused marketing aligned with enterprise and mid-market sales teams
  • Define positioning and messaging for PLM platforms, digital engineering, and product offerings
  • Propose & Lead go-to-market plans for new services, PLM implementations, upgrades, and product launches
  • Oversee digital marketing, content, ABM, events, partner marketing, and analyst relations
  • Collaborate with delivery, presales, and solution architects to build strong value propositions
  • Manage regional budgets, agencies, and marketing operations across US, India, and ANZ
  • Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and ROI reporting tied to sales outcomes
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive benchmarking within PLM and IT services landscape
  • Build manage and mentor regional marketing teams and develop external partners

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Services, Engineering Services, PLM, or Product marketing
  • Proven leadership experience in oversea market preferrablyUS, India, and ANZ markets
  • Strong background in B2B enterprise marketing, demand generation, and ABM
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, and strategic accounts
  • Strong understanding of product-led GTM models
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Ability to align marketing with presales, delivery, and solution teams
  • This job will involve working across different time zones.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA preferred
