Opportunity: Senior Program Manager- DataFlow Group (Noida)
Are you a seasoned Program Management leader ready to drive a major organisational transformation?
The DataFlow Group is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager - Strategic Programs Lead to join our team in Noida.
This is a critical role providing direct support to the Business/Transformation Leader, driving our high-priority strategic change agenda across the organisation.
You will be the central orchestra tor, bringing structure, rigour, and clarity to complex, cross-functional initiatives. What You Will Do:
Establish a Central PMO: Design, implement, and run a Central Program Management Office to ensure all strategic projects and initiatives are tracked, governed, and coordinated effectively.
Program Coordination & Execution: Drive the day-to-day coordination, tracking, and high-quality reporting of all strategic initiatives.
Planning & Tracking: Own the development, maintenance, and reporting of the strategic roadmap, milestones, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Executive Reporting & Governance: Support Transformation Leaders by creating and delivering multi-level reports, including weekly reports, initiative overviews, and robust Success Metric monitoring.
CEO Dashboard: Develop and maintain a comprehensive CEO Dashboard with drill-down capabilities to provide different levels of strategic insight to leadership.
Executive Support: Work closely with the Transformation Leader to prioritize activities, manage the workload, and ensure an unwavering focus on the highest-value initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
12+ years of experience in a dedicated Program Management role, preferably driving large-scale strategic or transformation programs.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategic insights.
Expertise in Planning & Tracking methodologies, including developing roadmaps, setting milestones, and reporting on KPIs.
Extensive experience with Governance & Reportingcreating detailed reports for various levels of leadership, including executive-level dashboards.
