Job Title: Finance Junior Consultant
Experience Level: Junior (24 years)
Location: India
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Oracle Finance Junior Consultant to support the Accounting-to-Reporting (ATR) track of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud. This role involves assisting in the configuration, support, and functional testing of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management modules while ensuring alignment with global finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Support: Assist in the daily operations, troubleshooting, and support of Oracle Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management).
- Configuration Assistance: Support the setup of chart of accounts, ledgers, and reporting structures under senior consultants guidance.
- Testing & Documentation: Execute test scripts, document test results, and assist with UAT activities.
- Month-End & Reporting: Support period close activities and generate basic financial reports using OTBI and FRS.
- Integration & Data Validation: Assist with interface monitoring, data validation, and reconciliations across finance modules.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
- 24 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance or EBS Finance modules.
- Basic understanding of GL, AP, AR, and Cash Management processes.
- Exposure to period closing and financial reporting activities.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View reporting tools.
- Knowledge of multi-currency and multi-ledger environments.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and ability to collaborate with business users.
