Role & responsibilities
Job Title: Order-to-Cash (OTC) Executive Fresher
Shift: 12:00 PM 9:30 PM (Daylight Saving)
Work Mode: Work from Office (RTO)
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Order-to-Cash (OTC) team. The role involves managing the complete customer financial lifecyclefrom order processing to payment collectionensuring smooth revenue flow and accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
- Process and validate customer sales orders in the system
- Ensure order accuracy (pricing, quantity, customer details)
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics) for order fulfillment
Customer Credit Management
- Assist in reviewing customer credit limits
- Support credit checks and approvals
- Monitor blocked orders due to credit issues and follow up
Billing & Invoicing
- Generate and verify customer invoices
- Ensure timely and accurate billing
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
Collections & Payments
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
- Record incoming payments and update accounts
- Support collection strategies to reduce overdue balances
Cash Application
- Apply customer payments to the correct invoices
- Investigate and resolve payment mismatches
Customer Query Resolution
- Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, and orders
- Work with internal teams to resolve disputes quickly
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare basic reports on receivables, collections, and aging
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic understanding of Accounting / Finance concepts
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Willingness to work in a shift environment
