Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Billing professional to manage end-to-end billing operations for our logistics business. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely invoicing, revenue assurance, and coordination with internal stakeholders to streamline billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end billing operations for B2B / B2C logistics clients
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation as per agreed commercial terms and SLAs
• Validate shipment data, pricing, and contracts before invoicing
• Handle client-wise billing, rate cards, and contract management
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Perform revenue reconciliation and ensure no revenue leakage
• Monitor and improve billing accuracy and TAT
• Prepare and share MIS reports related to billing, revenue, and collections
• Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in billing

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of logistics billing processes (B2C & B2B)
• Experience in rate cards, pricing models, and contract interpretation
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and MIS reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Background:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce companies
• Exposure to high-volume billing environments
• Familiarity with GST and taxation in billing
