Qualification: MBA (HR). (Full time, no correspondent)

Experience:4-5 years experience (preferably in Health Care Sector)

Communication Skills- English, Hindi, Bengali

Age limit 28 - 32 years

Salary 28000-34000 gross p.m. (depending upon experience and candidatespotentiality)

Employee Retention & Attrition Maintenance (People Management)
Policy formulation and implementation
Performance Management (Succession Planning & Reward strategies)
Compensation & benefits (Rewards Management) and Leave policies.
Training Programs
Work Culture/Discipline
The candidate should be ready to travel to our other centre for official purpose whenever required.

Candidates must have working experience as HR Manager atleast 2 to 4 years(Not HR Executive)
