Role Overview

As a Demand Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales by onboarding corporate clients, travel agencies, and channel partners. From generating leads to converting them into long-term business relationships, you will play a key role in ensuring steady bookings and revenue growth for OYO.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate B2B leads through cold calling, client visits, and networking.
  • Meet with potential clients (corporates, travel agencies, organizations) and pitch OYOs portfolio.
  • Present OYOs hotels, pricing comparisons, and best offers to win client trust.
  • Onboard new clients and ensure they start booking exclusively through OYO.
  • Build long-term client relationships and retain accounts for repeat sales.
  • Maintain a sales tracker and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Example Workflow (for easy understanding)

Imagine a company XYZ:

  • You connect with XYZs travel manager fix a meeting.
  • You pitch OYO hotels with pricing and offers onboard XYZ as a client.
  • Now, whenever their employees travel, they book through OYO only.
  • This generates steady customers & revenue for OYO.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Occupancy (URN) month-on-month.
  • Revenue generation from active accounts.
  • Client retention & account health.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in B2B Sales.
  • Experience in Hospitality / Travel industry preferred.
  • Strong networking & negotiation skills.
  • Analytical ability & stakeholder management.
