Summary:As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to enhance user experience and efficiency, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Key Responsibilities:Provide expert Tier 2/3 technical support for NetCracker OSS applications, specifically focusing on Service Provisioning, Fulfillment, and Activation. Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to service fulfillment and activation workflows. Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement preventative measures to improve system stability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and development, to escalate and resolve critical issues. Conduct system monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning of NetCracker applications. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for high-priority incidents. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, runbooks, and solution diagrams. Required Skills and Experience:NetCracker Proficiency:3+ years of hands-on experience with NetCracker's OSS suite, with a strong focus on service provisioning and fulfillment modules. OSS Domain Knowledge:A solid understanding of key OSS domains, including Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Provisioning, Activation, Discovery, and Reconciliation. Troubleshooting:Expert-level skills in troubleshooting complex technical issues within a telecommunications environment. Telecommunications Technology:Knowledge of various telecom technologies (e.g., GPON, DSL, MPLS, 3G/4G/5G). Scripting/Automation:Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation of routine tasks and data analysis. Database
Skills:
Qualifications:Experience with other OSS/BSS platforms. Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks. Knowledge of TMF (TeleManagement Forum) standards, such as eTOM, SID, and TAM. Experience in a telecommunication service provider environment. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Telecommunications Network Capability.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
