Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and attract new HNI clients through strategic efforts and referrals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing HNI clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Ensure high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
- Financial Planning & Solutions:
- Understand clients' unique financial goals and aspirations.
- Provide customized financial planning, portfolio management, and wealth management services.
- Develop strategies that align with clients' risk appetites and return expectations.
- Business Development:
- Expand the client base and increase market penetration.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with other parts of the bank to identify new business opportunities.
- Expertise & Market Knowledge:
- Possess deep knowledge of financial markets and various investment products.
- Keep clients informed about market trends and provide strategic financial advice.
- Stay updated on the evolving financial needs and preferences of the next generation of HNIs.
