Job Description

As an Assistant Professor / Lecturer in the Education / Training industry, your role will involve delivering lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will be responsible for designing and developing curriculum materials for new courses or academic programs in relevant fields. Collaboration with faculty members on interdisciplinary projects and active participation in departmental meetings to contribute to the formulation and implementation of academic policies will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students. - Design and develop curriculum materials for new courses or academic programs. - Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary projects. - Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to academic policy formulation and implementation. Qualifications Required: - Teaching Experience: 3 - 5 years - Specialized expertise in Pattern Making, Garment Construction, Design Development - Proficiency in Design Softwares like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop - Candidates with a Ph.D. / NET Qualified in the mentioned specialization will be given preference. In this role, you will be expected to have a UG degree in B.Des. in Fashion Designing, B.A in Fashion Designing, B.Sc in Costume Design And Fashion, or related fields. A PG degree in M.Des. in Apparel Design, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization, and a Doctorate degree in MPHIL in Fashion Designing/Other Designing, Ph.D/Doctorate in Fashion Designing/Other Designing will be an added advantage.,
