Position: Domestic Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years in the staffing industry
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Domestic Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various roles across India. This role requires a strong understanding of the Indian job market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other channels
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements and job descriptions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
- Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets within defined timelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in the Technical Recruiter.
- Experience working with clients like product based or Big4 companies
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
