Job Description

  • We are implementing a case communications and coordination module. The solution will be built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, integrated with Outlook, Teams, and SharePointThe platform will support case filtering, bulk email communication, video scheduling, document exchange, and call logging. Youu2019ll be part of a collaborative delivery team consisting of a Solution Architect, BA, QA, PM, and other developers.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom components and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Configure Dataverse entities, forms, views, business rules, and relationships
  • Build and maintain Power Automate flows for notifications, assignments, and integration logic
  • Customize the Case Management features to enable bulk communications, appointment handling, and activity tracking
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and external APIs
  • Create and manage plugins, JavaScript customizations, and Power Apps components as needed
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders
  • Work closely with QA for defect resolution and with BA for translating requirements
  • Support deployment activities and document all development/configuration workRequired Skills & Experience
  • 3-6 years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) platform
  • Strong hands
  • on experience with Dataverse (Common Data Service), model
  • driven apps, and custom entities
  • Proficient in Power Automate, Power Apps, and JavaScript for form customization
  • Experience with custom workflows, plugins (C#), and business process flows
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, role
  • based security, and data access control
  • Integration experience with Outlook/Exchange, Teams, or REST
  • based APIs
  • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in an Agile/Scrum environmentPreferred (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with SendGrid or email connector
  • based bulk communications
